DINNER PARTY MENU ENTREES

Entrees must be pre-ordered. Groups of 20 or more are limited to TWO entrees.

Prime Rib - $26 per person
12 ounce slow roasted prime rib served with roasted potatoes and vegetable du jour, with au jus and creamy horseradish sauce.

Stuffed Chicken - $24 per person
8 ounce chicken breast stuffed with shrimp and crab, oven roasted and served with lemon cream sauce, rice pilaf and vegetable du jour.

Maple Dijon Salmon - $25 per person
Oven roasted salmon fillet glazed with maple-dijon sauce and served with cheddar herb mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.

Pan Roasted Sirloin - $19 per person
12 ounce sirloin steak pan seared and oven roasted with mushroom merlot sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Chicken Marsala - $18 per person
8 ounce pan seared chicken breast served with mushroom-Marsala Sauce, roasted herb mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.

Pan seared salmon fillet with a sweet soy glaze and pineapple salsa. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable du jour.
